Nice to meet you, my name is Ashley and I’m a level 3 personal trainer, specialising in muscle building and fat loss.
After being overweight for most of my teen and adult life, I decided it was time to change. I discovered strength training and haven't looked back since. After a few short months of training with free weights I noticed my body composition was changing; my body fat was dropping and I was getting stronger and more capable. I'm now a competitive powerlifter in the 93kg weight class of the IPF.
After several years of training and competing, I realised I had a passion for helping other people find ways to improve their health in a way they enjoyed. I helped friends discover their groove in the gym and enjoyed training with others more and more. It was this that drove me to obtain my personal training qualification, and I’ve since accumulated more qualifications, including sports nutrition, in order to always improve my approach to coaching and to ensure all of my clients are receiving the most effective plans and programmes tailored to them.
Now, as a professional personal trainer, my main goal is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
