Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

As not everybody wants nutritional guidance, I offer it as part of a personal training package for no extra charge. If, however, somebody would like nutrition plans without the training package, there is a fee for that. I currently charge £20 PCM for nutrition plans, which include recipes, extra tips on how to hit your macro targets if you're struggling or have specific dietary needs, and support throughout.

How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?

As individuals, I'd say that no two trainers are really alike. That being said, I do think that my experiences as a competitive strength athlete is what differs from your average level 3 personal trainer without any real experience in a sport.
That's not to say their guidance isn't valuable or informative, but I believe my knowledge of strength training for specific goals sets me apart from trainers with more generalised knowledge.

What kind of things are involved in your classes?

This depends entirely on which classes you attend. My boxing classes at the community centre typically involve padwork with a partner, technique work and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for conditioning. As well as this, we often incorporate circuits and movement complexes to find new ways to challenge ourselves and keep the classes interesting.

My classes at the gym are totally different, some involve Tabata style training and HIIT, some are weight and rep based and I also teach a looping class twice a week.

What do your prices include?

The overall monthly price of your training plan includes your selected amount of face to face sessions with me, wherein I assess your physical abilities and assist you in perfecting technique and building dense muscle, burning fat or increasing strength.
Alongside this, you will have a fully personalised and dynamic program updated weekly for your training schedule of up to 5 days per week (this includes the days you will be training solo) and weekly feedback and guidance via WhatsApp (or your preferred contact method).
I also provide flexible dieting information and several recipes for protein dense meals and snacks to help keep you on target, as well as weekly, bi-weekly or monthly measurements as an additional way to track your progress and a departure package including a basic 6 week program to follow once you feel you're ready to go it alone.
