2021 - is it ready for us?

While many things have been uncertain in the last 9 months, one thing has become abundantly clear; now, more than ever, we need to focus on our health.

This can look different for everyone - whether you're planning to change up your diet, start taking those multivitamins, or get into the gym 3 times a week - it's vital that we all make those little changes for long term health benefits.

Everyone is going to have different goals and plans for next year, and everyone will progress at different rates. That's why it's important not to compare ourselves to other people on social media, but to hold ourselves accountable only for our own progress.

For me, 2021 will mean a few less sugary treats, and a bit more cardio work - something I've been slacking on in 2020 - so I can feel healthier, happier and a bit more active.

This doesn't mean I'm giving up on donuts and chocolate, or that I'm going to start running marathons, I'm just going to prioritise my physical health by making small changes that'll have a larger long term impact on my physical and mental health.

What small habits will you be changing in 2021?
