Isolation Challenge - Week One

We’re all stuck indoors and away from our beloved gyms, but that doesn’t mean that we can‘t push forward and continue to work on our health and fitness.

As such, I’ll be adding a new challenge each week, each one being a progression from the week before it. You should aim to complete this challenge 5x throughout the week.
