Indomitable.

/ɪnˈdɒmɪtəb(ə)l/

adjective

  1. impossible to subdue or defeat. "a woman of indomitable spirit"

You may or may not be aware that recently my partner and I took steps to open a private coaching studio in Eccles. We decided a suitable name would be Indomitable Strength Barbell Club - encompassing our dedication to always working to get stronger, better and never giving up - no matter how difficult it gets, no matter how low motivation may get - our indomitable spirit.

The thought process behind opening Indomitable was to create a place to train that stands apart from other gyms. We wanted to create a coaching studio that would provide a safe, encouraging environment for anyone who trains there. To give our clients and members the chance to make the most of their training.

A big theme I find amongst many people I talk to is a lack of confidence or a feeling of displacement in the gym - this typically leads to a fear of trying; trying new exercises, trying the free weights, trying anything other than some time on the treadmill and the feeling of being unwelcome.

At Indomitable we offer a private training space, 1:1 coaching and support to find your strength, your training style and the most efficient and enjoyable way to reach your goals. There's always a friendly face to be seen and encouragement to be given.

As well as having the space to yourself, we offer a safety that commercial gyms just can't match; private use ensures that the staff (us) can keep the training area clean and covid-free for each and every client and member that comes to see us.

Book a consultation today to find out more about Indomitable and to discuss your training options.
