Well, there’s just one week left of Massthetics Full Power and then I move on to competition prep. Before starting the 10 week slog to get ready for meet day however, I will be testing my maxes!
While I’m looking forward to really seeing the differences this program has made to my lifts, I’m a little nervous that the numbers won’t be as high as I’m hoping having worked at a percentage of my 1RM for everything over the last 5 weeks; I was used to maxing out every session for 6 weeks straight when I started StrongLifts 5×5 and I’m worried I’ve lost some strength.
Either way, as always I’ll be recording and uploading my progress to both YouTube and Instagram so follow/subscribe or just have a nosy at how I’m getting on and let me know what you think!
