Online Coaching

Prefer to train alone but want more guidance without the restrictions of 1-2-1 training in the gym? Online coaching might be the perfect balance for you. 3-5 days of fully customised programming as well as nutritional support, form checks and regular feedback, all while letting you do your thing on your time.

Nutrition Coaching

Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! We will make sure we work together to find the right balance for you, whether that's a fully laid out meal plan or just daily macro targets. Let's get you fuelled up for exercise in a way that leaves you content and ready to move!

Social Exercise

Fitness is not only about how you look on the outside, but also how you feel on the inside! Social exercise is a great way of building confidence in your abilities, as well as finding like minded people and making friends.

Study In Strength

Our Study In Strength class is a beginner friendly intro to powerlifting. Take place over the course of 6 weeks, we cover the fundamentals of powerlifting/strength training and aim to equip any trainees to continue their own strength journey once completed.
