Service Description
This 6 week course includes all the information you should need to begin your journey into strength training. Each week will focus on a different aspect of building strength and reaching your goals - whatever they may be - and full member access to the gym for the entire 6 weeks. A basic breakdown would be as follows: Week 1: Squat technique, variations and equipment Week 2: Nutrition & eating to fuel your goals Week 3: Bench technique, variations and equipment Week 4: How to build a basic programme for yourself Week 5: Deadlift technique, variations and equipment Week 6: Testing heavy singles and going over the programme to follow by yourself after the course ends.
